New Proposed Bylaws

The Woodlands Association Bylaws were originally created and approved when the organization was formed in 1968.  These bylaws have not been updated in almost 50 years and sections do not reflect the changes in our neighborhood and the way we live today.  The Board of Directors has spent the last few months reviewing our organization’s bylaws with the intent to make them current and responsive to our neighborhood’s changed needs.  The proposed changes can be accessed using the following link: Proposed Woodlands Bylaws 2018-03-07. Voting on the updated bylaws will occur on Saturday, July 7th during the Woodlands Association Board Meeting.
